Çınarlı Vocational and Technical High School, established in 2014, educates 723 students with the support of 55 teachers, 1 School Principal, 1 Deputy Principal, 6 Deputy Principals, 2 civil servants, and 4 assistant personnel. The student body comprises 550 formal and 173 common students. The school features 18 classrooms, 21 specialized laboratories/workshops (9 for Electrical-Electronic Technologies, 6 for Chemical Technologies, and 6 for Rail System Technologies), 3 IT classrooms, 1 Physics Laboratory, and 1 Music/Painting Workshop.
An R&D unit is available for product development and design, complemented by production workshops in Electrical Electronics and Chemical Technologies. Students and teachers collaborate in these workshops to produce the R&D unit’s designs. Additionally, the school houses a 750-square-meter soilless agricultural greenhouse where R&D studies for greenhouse automation systems in soilless agriculture are conducted on behalf of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality.
